一、occ和vac什么意思？
occ的意思就是房间是有人的状态，这个occ是酒店客房的常用语简称，实际上这个是一个英文occupancy的意思，酒店客房部的同事因为每天都要做客房的清洁工作，所以很多清洁人员也不太懂英文，所以他们只需要记住occ就是房间有人的意思，暂时就不用打扫了，先去打扫空房间。
空房的英文简称叫做vac。

1) 住客房(Occupied简写OCC)，即客人正在住用的房间;
(2) 走客房(Check out简写CO)，表示客人已结帐并已离开客房;

(9) 贵宾房(Very Important Person简写VIP)，表示该客
