一、酒店英语的内容

①前台英语:电话订房、介绍房间酒店设施与服务、前台接待、电话留言、为宾客提供信息与解决宾客的需求、推广与促销技巧、优质服务理念、应付宾客投诉、结账等。

②礼宾英语:迎兆升宾、接待、解答问题和解决宾客需求、行李寄存、迎宾饮料、优质服务理念、如何向宾客道歉及其他礼宾常用英语。

③客房英语:解释客房部服务内容、解释房内设备、应答宾客的需求、询问宾客是否打扫房间、应付宾客投诉、汇报客房服务问题、优质服务理念、帮助宾客解决日常细节问题。

④餐饮英语:订位、接待、菜单点菜、介绍菜色、菜帆滚的做法、介绍酒水饮料、推广与促销技巧、优质服务理念、应付宾客投诉、结账。

⑤综合酒店英语:综合酒店英语课程, 对学员的英语程度要求较高, 适合大堂副理、客户公关主任、礼

⑥宾部高级职员。从宾客入住到结账的整个流程,范围遍及前台、客房、商务中心、餐饮等部门,解答宾客面对的问题包括与宾客的信件沟通,为宾族轿老客解释工作流程、推广与促销技巧、优质服务理念、处理宾客的投诉,给宾客指点迷津。

二、关于酒店前台接待工作流程的英语

我只有中文的呵呵,给我加分啊

散客入住程序

1.前台接待应该随时注意环顾台面四周情况,应该随时注意到客人的光临。

2.当看见客人朝前台走来,接待员应该与客人保持目光接触,微笑并立即问候客人

3。如果客人是来住宿的,询问客人是否有预定(当一名接待在给客人办理登记手续时,其他接待员应该有好的向客人示意,不能冷落客人)如果有预定:

1)按客人提供的姓名,公司名称等资料迅速找到预定,并与客人确认订房内容

2)请客人出示有效证件,为客人填写rc单(有技巧的核对证件的相片是否与本人相符,护照上客人的签名是否与登记单上签名一致及入境口岸,签证有效期,出生日期是否正确,信用卡上签名是否与登记单上签名一致)

3)再次与客人确认离店时间

4)询问客人的付款方式

5)

电脑入住,通知客房部

6)将欢迎卡和房卡双手交予客人(用客人的姓称呼客人,但不能过多)

7)介绍含物仔早餐时间及其地点,电梯方向,并向客人致祝愿语

4.如客人无预定,则热情的向客人推销房间,本着从高到低或从低到高的原则和客人确定房型房价以下步骤同上

5.电脑里修改客人信息

注意:

1我们必须提供干净的空房间给客人入住,并且房行要根据客人预谈汪定时候的要求予以安排.

2如果客人以现金形式付费,我们应该很礼貌蚂瞎的向客人告知,在入住之前需要交押金,押金的金额是总共的房费+每天五百块的杂项押金。如果客人以信用卡方式结帐,我们需要确认其信用卡是否为有效真实卡,并要出授权。

3前台员工应在客人入住时候,尽可能的去询问客人的喜好,并且将这些信息在系统里注释,以便于下次客人光临能够提够给予更好的服务。

三、急需西餐厅迎宾员简单英语对话

西餐厅英语

自助早餐从7;00AM 到11;00AM ¥48/位加15% 服务费。

The buffet breakfast is RMB48/per person plus 15% service charge, and the service hour is from 7:00am till 11:00am.
